Heather Belzeski, M.A., LPC, NCC
Hi, I'm Heather! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master's degree in Professional Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University. I work with children, teens, and adults — and I'm passionate about helping people feel more understood, connected, and supported.
I support clients through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional and behavioral struggles, social difficulties, and parenting stress. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, and I tailor my approach to meet each person's unique needs and strengths.
My style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I focus on creating a safe space where clients of all ages can explore their emotions, build coping skills, and make meaningful progress.
I'm also trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and am currently completing my certification. PCIT is a hands-on approach that helps strengthen the parent-child relationship and support positive behavior in younger children.
Whether you're a parent looking for support, a teen working through a tough season, or an adult wanting to better understand yourself, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
