I am dedicated to helping individuals find clarity, healing, and growth through personalized, goal-oriented therapy. I work with children, teens, and adults using a client-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, trust, and collaboration. Depending on each client's need, I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help them gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward their goals.

When working with children, I specialize in child-centered interventions and utilize play therapy techniques to create a safe and expressive space where they can process their experiences and build emotional resilience. I believe in meeting children at their developmental level and honoring their unique way of communicating through play. In addition to my counseling experience, I have six years of experience as a foster care case worker, where I supported children and foster families through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.

I also have a strong interest in supporting veterans and first responders, helping them manage trauma, stress, and life transitions with compassion and respect.
